Manana Moistsrapishvili

Description:

Manana Moistsrapishvili is a transportation engineer-builder, Doctor, and Professor at the Road Department of the Faculty of Construction at the Georgian Technical University, specializing in highways, railways, bridges, aerodromes, metropolitan systems, and transportation tunnels. Her work experience includes serving as a consultant for the technical department of the Georgian Railway and as an expert at the National Center for Educational Quality Development, working with both vocational and academic educational programs. She has published more than 100 manuals and scientific articles.

She has quality management experience at the Faculty of Transportation and Mechanical Engineering at the Georgian Technical University and at the Railway Transport College. She is the author and expert of strategically important infrastructure projects.

For her exceptional contribution to the development of the country, Manana Moistsrapishvili was awarded the Order of Honor in 2011. Manana Moistsrapishvili has held the position of Director of the College since 2019

Giorgi Givishvili graduated from the Faculty of Law in 2020. His work experience includes legal consulting and expert work in the insurance sector. He joined the Railway Transport College team in 2022, where he initially coordinated human resources management processes. Currently, Giorgi holds the position of lawyer at the college.

Description:

Shota Margishvili is a Quality Manager with many years of professional experience in public administration and governance. His career includes work in both public agencies and the private and educational sectors, where he held managerial and leadership positions. Since 2018, he has successfully overseen quality management processes at the Railway Transport College (LEPl).

Description:

Irma Arsenashvili has many years of experience working in the educational sector, including in academic and research fields. She joined the Railway Transport College team in 2018. Concurrently, as a certified expert, she is actively involved in the processes of professional education quality development, authorization, and recognition of non-formal education. She is the author of more than 25 scientific works.

She has many years of diverse experience working in public procurement, and her professional portfolio includes the complete cycle of public procurement - from planning and management of tender processes to coordination, which ensures the effective management of the college's economic activities.
